The ground floor has a large entrance opening onto 2 large living rooms and a games/TV room allowing you to stay together or to isolate yourself in one of the rooms to enjoy the calm.
Moldings, marble fireplaces and picture rails give all their charm to its living rooms. The large dining room, with a view of the garden, can set the table for 20 people.
Then comes a large fully equipped kitchen (cooking range, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, food processor.), a scullery, a laundry room (with large capacity washing machine and dryer) and 2 WCs .
Bedrooms
The house has 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 6 toilets.
On the 1st floor, a large landing leads to 5 large and bright bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 of which have separate WCs.
The 5 bedrooms are furnished with double or single beds. For your comfort, all the rooms have bedside tables with lamps, chests of drawers or cupboards with wardrobes, tables, chairs or armchairs, rugs, curtains…
Functional and resolutely contemporary, the bathrooms are equipped with vanity units, showers and/or bathtubs
The 2nd floor has 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet and 4 large bedrooms which enjoy a breathtaking view of the park.
Bathrooms
The house has 6 private or shared bathrooms depending on the rooms.
Functional and resolutely contemporary, these bathrooms are equipped with vanity units, showers and/or bathtubs.
Heated towel dryers and hairdryers are also available for your comfort.
Business
area
We have a meeting room that can accommodate up to 15 people.
Resembling a small living room due to the decoration chosen, this room nevertheless has all the essential equipment for a work meeting:
• meeting room and small lounges,
• catering on site,
• proposal for leisure activities or workshops depending on the length of your stay, your expectations and the objectives of your seminar
• the provision of professional meeting facilitators, if necessary.
Garden &
outside
The house is surrounded by a vast wooded park of around ten hectares including gardens and woods.
The pond represents a peaceful stopover for freshwater fishermen or boat walkers.
In season, the outdoor swimming pool is heated from the beginning of May to the end of September, depending on the vagaries of the weather. Its large dimensions (6 mx 13.2 m) offer adults and children alike, under the responsibility of adults, the possibility of swimming or playing.
Finally, the surrounding woods, thanks to large paths, offer all kinds of activities ranging from walking to discovering deer, through treasure hunts or mushroom hunting!
